Pinwheel Valley – Can’t Hear A Sound (Single)
Recorded and Produced by Qais Khoury / Mixed by Andreas Matheou – at Hot Soap Studios in Summer of 2025.
Mastered by Robb R
Release: Single ”Can’t Hear A Sound”
Written by Pinwheel Valley

“Can’t Hear A Sound, sure to ensnare fans of City and Colour, Alberta Cross, and Radiohead, was produced and written by frontman Qais Khoury.
Can’t Hear A Sound is a moving track of monumental proportions. Qais’ voice, vast and imbued with agony, echoes over an expansive instrumental arrangement of stirring strings, soulful guitar strums and cinematic drums. It is a song that contains multitudes; so evocative and timeless that it leaves the listener in a daze of emotion.“
– Playy (UK)
Frontman Qais Khoury shared: “‘Can’t Hear A Sound’ is a song of bloodlines and soil, of war and the restless pull of home. It is a cry carried on the wind, calling to kin who have wandered astray, drawn into circles that could never hold them. A plea for their return to the ground where their fathers lie sleeping. It is both invocation and vow — a promise to shield them, body and soul, whatever the cost, and to guard the earth that holds their roots. The song does not turn away from the truth that the land itself has been altered — that war has crept to our own shores, reshaping the very fields we swore to protect. The silence is no longer peace but the ringing echo of bombs, a quiet so loud it haunts the ear. Yet in the midst of this devastation, the song reaffirms its oath: that to remain bound to one’s roots is the only way to live honestly, to find a way through the world without becoming lost.”

Pinwheel Valley – Someway (Single)
Recorded by Qais Khoury / Mixed by Andreas Matheou – at Hot Soap Studios in Spring of 2025.
Mastered by Robb R
Release: Single ”Someway”
Written by Pinwheel Valley
Cover Art by Alex Pap
Pinwheel Valley has released their new single titled ‘Someway’ via Hot Soap Records. Brilliant guitar work amid poetic and signature vocals, ‘Someway’ somehow hits all the feels with a minimalist approach and original style.
Pinwheel Valley is the brainchild of Qais Khoury. An introvert with introspection, Qais is one of those rare artists who channels his life experiences with bravado and flair, all within the feeling of the moment and the scope of an eternity.
“I wrote ‘Someway’ as a tender plea, woven with threads of hope and longing. It reflects the ache of separation (whether physical, emotional, or spiritual) and the profound yearning for reconnection. In an age defined by instant, hypermodern communication, I found myself gazing out to sea, inspired by a bygone era when messages in bottles carried words of love across vast, uncertain distances. The song captures that sense of remoteness and the fragility of faith in a bond that may still endure. In this light, the refrain “know I’ll find it someway” becomes an unyielding anchor of hope.”

Pinwheel Valley – Werewolf (Single)
Recorded by Qais Khoury / Mixed by Qais Khoury & Andreas Matheou – at Hot Soap Studios in Spring of 2025.
Mastered by Robb R
Release: Single ”Werewolf”
Written by Pinwheel Valley
Cover Art by Alex Pap
“Werewolf” by Pinwheel Valley is a raw and emotional dive into the mind of the working-class man who feels like an outsider in society. The song explores the inner conflict of someone pushed to the edge, grappling with a violent transformation brought on by neglect and mistreatment from those in power. It’s a metaphor for the battle between good and evil that rages within when the world turns a blind eye.

Pinwheel Valley – Going Away (Single)
Recorded by Qais Khoury & Tal Arditi / Mixed by Andreas Matheou – at Hot Soap Studios in Spring of 2025.
Mastered by Robb R
Release: Single ”Going Away”
Written by Pinwheel Valley & Tal Arditi
Cover Art by Alex Pap
“Going Away” by Pinwheel Valley is a slow-burning, gut-wrenching, soul-surrendering kind of indie song. Co-written with Berlin-based guitarist and composer Tal Arditi, it’s not some overproduced radio bait. It’s vulnerable and real.
The song moves like a spiritual journey, starting in the dark, tangled corners of self-doubt and societal pressure, then gradually moving toward something softer, freer, more open. Arditi’s guitar work ripples with warmth and precision, while Qais’s voice carries a fragile strength that sounds like it’s lived a thousand lifetimes. Together, they build a soundscape that’s cinematic without being over-the-top, intimate without feeling small.
“Going Away” is about letting go, not just of someone else, but of everything you thought you had to be. It’s about peeling back the noise, the ego, the weight of performance, and finding something quieter and truer underneath.

Erika Soteri – The American Dream (Single)
Recorded by Andreas Matheou at Hot Soap Studios in October of 2020
Release: Single ”The American Dream”
Erika Soteri is a powerhouse performer and a jazzy, soulful singer-songwriter born in London, England and raised in Cyprus. The up-and-coming artist recently gained exposure, following her success on The Voice of Greece. All 4 judges instantly turned around and fought to have Erika join their team. After her decision to join Eurovision’s sweetheart, Helena Paparizou’s team, Erika made it through to the semi-finals of the show. Born into a family of musicians, Erika began dancing, acting, singing and playing the piano at the age of 3 and began writing music by the age of 10. Her musical influences consist of Jazz, Funk, Neo-Soul and RnB and include artists such as Sade, Amy Winehouse and band Hiatus Kaiyote. Erika’s rich tone and retro, sultry, silky vocals, as well as her lyrics make her seem wise beyond her years. Her style is classically elegant and refreshing; an artist that will in no-doubt be cutting through mainstream and introducing the industry to a sound that is timeless yet still thoroughly original.
